MH Safe’s addendum campaigns model was first documented in the 2022 CPR Institute’s Alternatives to the High Cost of Litigation article, “Five Strategies Dispute Resolvers Can Use to Vet Guidance and Prevent Misconduct” and the 2024 article “Mistakes? Tools CLE Accreditors and Law Journals Can Use to Prevent and Address Inadvertently Discriminatory Dispute Resolution Guidance.”
